Nuriko gets cutting edge!
Ahh, how time passes, this is my VERY first Nuriko cel! I bought this from a
private seller a long time ago when FY cels were just hitting the market. It was one of the first Nuriko cels to ever come overseas! Had to schmooze quite a bit to get it too! I also got it for a song when you compare the prices that Nuriko cels go for these days! I had to save up quite a bit for it, though, seeing as how I was in college at the time.

This scene is where Nuriko and Miaka are on their way to find Tamahome in his home village, and stop in a restaurant to eat where they encounter some mean bandits! This is the first time Nuriko goes into real seishi mode! He has finally warmed up to Miaka enough to protect her from danger ^_^. Kawaii!

I also love the expression on his face on this one!! Oh, the captions you could stick on this cel, LMAO! I got this cel signed at Animazement 2001 by Watase-sama, and she got a laugh out of the image too! Comes with matching sketch, and non matching background. Thanks to Jason for this cel, wherever you are!!
